the lady behind the lens
the photos
when it comes to creative pursuits, I've always been the type to let my work speak for itself; if you get it, you don't need me to spell it out.
so, I'm going to take this opportunity to share what the art of photography means to me: a photograph isthe only way to freeze time when the world keeps turning.
through photography, we are able to capture fleeting moments — birthdays, graduations, weddings — and hold onto them a little longer.
the style
capturing moments as they naturally unfold is my typical approach — just pretend I’m not there! however, my inclination to lean into documentary-style photography doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate a dramatically posed editorial shot.
honestly, the fun part of any artistic endeavor for me is getting to experiment with different styles or try new approaches, which is why you'll see neon lights and foggy graveyards side-by-side in my galleries.
don't be afraid if my existing work doesn't match the photography style you have in mind; if you don't see it in my portfolio, it might just mean I haven't tried it yet. I'm happy to do what it takes to make your vision a reality.
